Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are searching for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on wind and photovoltaic (PV) projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate regulatory and financial landscapes.

Your responsibilities:
- You will assume full project responsibility for complex projects in the field of renewable energies (wind energy and PV) – from initiation to successful commissioning.
- You will manage and ensure smooth communication across internal teams and external partners and with authorities, customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- You will monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and risks and professionally manage escalation processes.
- You will develop technical, economic, and regulatory concepts and implement them independently.
- You will develop financing models in collaboration with internal experts.
- You will actively participate in process optimization and prepare reports.
- You will supervise younger project managers and actively contribute to their development as a mentor.
Your profile and qualifications:
- You have a degree in engineering, economics, energy or environmental technology, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the energy sector, industrial manufacturing, or IT/digitalization projects.
- You are familiar with project management methods (traditional and agile) and tools such as MS Project, Jira, windPRO, or similar.
- You have a deep understanding of the technical, economic, and regulatory aspects of infrastructure or energy projects.
- Your working style is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented – at the same time, you are a strong communicator and networker.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
