Sales Manager - DACH (m/f/d)

Tech-Company in the security Industry

We are searching for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) for a Scandinavian manufacturer of high-end security

solutions. This is a new and interesting position where you will be actively involved in developing and shaping the future interaction with the companies’ customers in the DACH region.

As Sales Manager (m/w/d) you will become part of a dynamic organization with a professional, but also casual approach, flat hierarchies and short decision paths. You will be working out of home office interacting with HQ. You will report directly to the European Sales Director.

Your main tasks:

  • Increase sales by creating and maintaining relationships with target channel partners and customers.
  • Proactively develop new key contacts throughout the respective companies and maintain key contacts at senior level with all decision makers/influencers in the target organisations.
  • Monitor and analyse market and customer activity to provide information for long-term planning and business expansion.
  • Make presentations and run seminars/workshops for and with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the DACH sales team., marketing and tech support to ensure strategic product needs of channel partners are met.
  • Maintenance of the customer database within the CRM system.
  • Conduct reviews to get approval prior to the start of new projects.
  • Set and evaluate KPIs, measuring success for each new project.

Your Profile and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years business to business sales experience. Graduate in technical discipline or comparable qualification preferred.
  • Good understanding of process automation, strong IT knowledge including MS Office packages, and preferably experience in CRM systems.
  • A Team player with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Strong negotiations & presentation skills.
  • Articulated and convincing in your communication and a professional appearance.
  • Strategically thinking and structured working manner, highly self-motivated, dynamic, responsible and an open-minded approach.
  • Fluent in German and English is mandatory, French is an advantage.
  • Open to travel – 50 plus days per year.
