We are searching for a Master Demand Planner (m/f/d) for an international manufacturer

and supplier of complete wheel solutions. In this very interesting newly created position you will get the

responsibility to analyse, coordinate and plan the overall group requirements and thereby systematically optimize delivery from both suppliers and own factories.

Based on customer commitments and forecasts you are the key player in setting up and managing the Master Supplier Schedule implementing all relevant SCM performance parameters in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.


As Master Demand Planner (m/f/d) you will become part of a dynamic organization with

a professional and hands-on aproach, flat hierarchies and short decision processes where all involved contribute. Based at the central distribution center and office just south of Hamburg you will be in close interaction with suppliers, own production sites in Europe, operation, sales and customers reporting directly

to the Group Sourcing Director.


The company develop, produce and deliver complete wheel and tyre solutions - from the smallest

wheel-barrow and highspeed trailer to large industrial and agricultural machines within seven groups of

solutions: Light Transportation, Industrial Vehicles, Utility and Ground Care Vehicles, Tractors, Agricultural

Implements, Trailers and Caravans. The company culture is characterized by an informal, pleasant and casual

Your main tasks:

  • Setting up and running Master Supplier Schedule with SCM performance parameters in order to continuously analyse, coordinate and plan group demand based on available information from customers, own factories and suppliers.
  • Work with customer commitments in detail in order to consolidate the demand planning and furthermore contribute to the preparation of new customer contracts.
  • Supplier capacity forecasting and stock planning considering risk of different stock strategies including cashflow, terms of payment and credit line effects etc.
  • Systematically optimize delivery from suppliers and own factories through a close interaction with all involved external and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with the different internal teams across Europe for a continuous optimization of the demand and supply system. Owner of value stream performance and mapping.
  • Regular reporting to Group Sourcing Director on all key issues.


Qualifications and personal skills:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience within demand planning, forecasting, inventory management and/or supply chain.
  • Advanced IT skills working with MS Office, ERP System(s) and relevant process-/project management and/or SCM tools/applications.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with the necessary business savvy to understand and tackle complex issues and situations - also leadership wise. A person who is a step ahead and not afraid of addressing any upcoming challenge.
  • A structured methodical working manner, highly self-motivated, dynamic, responsible and with an open-minded international approach.
  • An appropriate education and English on B2 level or higher and a conversational German on at least A2 level is mandatory for this position.
