EMEA Channel Sales Manager (m/f/d)

For the German Branch of an international manufacturer of IT systems, we are searching for an

EMEA Channel Sales Manager (m/f/d). In this position, you will be working with committed colleagues

in a dynamic environment and with good opportunity for personal development.


As EMEA Channel Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will become part of an international dynamic organization

with a professional, but also casual approach. With focus on business development, you will take ownership

of developing relationships with the customers through channel partners and resellers all over Europe.

Reporting to the president you will be working from home office in close contact with the EMEA sales team

and interact on a regular basis with HQ sales, Marketing and Service departments.


The Company is a global player known for innovative IT products used in many industries where particularly

robust and reliable mobile IT solutions are required. It has been selling its quality products for more than 30

years, is market leader in several areas and has received a number of awards for its environmentally

friendly production methods.


Your main tasks:

  • Manage and develop channel strategy throughout EMEA.
  • Manage and expand HP EMEA Partnership in close cooperation with regional teams.
  • Manage and develop channel infrastructure and EMEA distribution structure.
  • Support, grow, and develop the reseller community and manage stock ordering.
  • Lead and support regional channel sales teams through business plans and sector/target accounts.
  • Lead and drive an EMEA Partner Program and support HQ & Channel Team in an on-going EMEA Partner Portal development strategy.
  • Develop and lead EMEA Channel Marketing Strategy with EMEA Channel Marketing Manager.
  • Report to President on channel development performance.
  • Attend QBR meetings presenting strategy and sales performance as well as attending EMEA monthly meetings.


Qualifications and personal skills:

  • You have several years of experience in enterprise IT leadership & sales.
  • You have a proven track record in managing different levels of sales operations across EMEA and in developing successful European sales organisation.  
  • You are an intelligent, strong, and committed leader with excellent people management skills, and you are experienced in creating relationships at board-level.
  • You can create and execute sales strategies.
  • You are passionate and determined about the business and its success.
  • Fluid English and German language is a must. Any additional language is a plus.
